SZENT ISTVÁN 2009 - ARCHAEOLOGICAL SURVEY CON IL PATROCINIO DEL REPUBLIKA HRVATSKA MINISTARSTVO KULTURE RESTAUROSKI ZAVOD.
Dal 20 al 28 giugno. si è svolta la terza spedizione archeologica della IANTD sul relitto della Szent István su incarico del Mistero della Cultura Croato.
L’importante relitto è sottoposto alla attenta tutela del Governo Croato il quale, dando seguito alla quindicennale collaborazione con la IANTD, ha stipulato un nuovo accordo pluriennale nel cui quadro lo svolgimento di questa terza spedizione archeologica è il primo atto di un articolato progetto.
L’obbiettivo pienamente raggiunto era di mettere in sede un sistema di misurazione dell’insabbiamento e collassamento del relitto, nonché effettuare una mappatura degli oggetti sparsi intorno alla corrazzata.

From 20th to 28th Juny took place the third archaeological expedition of IANTD on the wreck of Szent Istvan with the appointment of the Croatian Ministry of Culture.
This important wreck is under the care and protection of the Croatian Government, which appointed this third archaeological expedition to IANTD to settle a measurement method of the sanding and collapsing of the wreck and to carry out a map of the items that lies around the battleship.
